John Harlen Taylor, 59 of Keysville, VA suddenly passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017. Born January 12, 1958, Johnny grew up in Green Bay, VA with his parents Tom and Rebecca Barton and seven siblings. He is survived by two brothers; Dennis Barton of Keysville, and Ted Barton of Green Bay, and two sisters; Malissa Barton and husband Kyle Fowler of Keysville, and Denise Faircloth and husband Bud Faircloth of Meherrin, fourteen nieces and nephews, and nineteen great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Rebecca Barton; three sisters Peggy Nassef, Christina Barton, and Karita Reese; and a nephew Herbert Shawn Chenault.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is serving the family.
